When Systems Fail, We Show Up.
Every day, people fall through the cracks of systems that were supposed to protect them. BARE Truth exists to catch them — and help them rebuild.
We provide immediate support for people facing homelessness, connecting them with safe shelter, meals, and essentials. But we don't stop there. Our team walks with each person as they work toward stability, helping them secure IDs, access healthcare, and find long-term housing.
For young people, we run a mentoring program that pairs youth who've experienced instability with trusted adults — mentors who help them set goals, finish school, and build confidence. These relationships change lives, turning surviving into thriving.
Beyond direct service, we advocate for systemic change, collaborating with city and county partners to expand access to housing, reform the policies that keep people on the streets, and ensure no one is invisible in the community they call home.
Our approach is simple: meet people where they are, treat them with dignity, and stay until they're standing on their own.
